The company is headed and managed by qualified and well-experienced Engineers in the field of Civil construction and are well versed with the changing trends & techniques in the industry. Aroma International is specialized in all kinds of construction projects such as Multi-storey Residential buildings, Commercial buildings, Shopping Malls, Industrial Buildings, Factories, Warehouses, Workshops, Schools, Luxurious Villas, Labour accommodations, Oil tank Farms etc.
Our team comprises of Engineers, Skilled & unskilled labourers, highly skilled Equipment Operators, Administrators etc. They are well qualified and experienced to ensure high productivity and outstanding performance. Internship
An Internship Programme for Emiratis and other nationalities is in place to assist them with career development by providing real work experiences that provides students with opportunities to explore their interest and develop professional skills and competencies.
This is typically an intensive three-month placement programme during which participants engage in the area of their chosen discipline in the organization viz. Civil, Mechanical, Finance, H.R. Procurement etc. This unique opportunity gives exceptional students and recent graduates an opportunity to gain real hands-on experience in working alongside AROMA Team, and to take on areas of responsibility through the three months period. The role also includes regular meetings and mentoring by Senior members of AROMA.
